Complete and
mail, fax, email or bring by the following

- Send your Club Membership Application & Liability Release - If using
the online application, only the signature lines on the front & back need to
be completed on a hard copy of the application.
- A Photo for your Club ID (any photo
we can crop a decent headshot from is fine)
- Payment

If you do not have a picture to send, we can arrange a photo opportunity.
Once your application is approved by the American Wildlife
Association, you will receive a user ID & password for the reservation website, club membership
map book, harvest reports, club membership ID and auto ID. Of course,
you may call our office (501-537-0400) for assistance or questions
on any of these instructions.

Waiting
List Forming
Our club membership
is currently full. Therefore, new applicants are being placed on a
waiting list. An application and minimum $200 deposit will hold your
place in line and lock you in at 2011 rates. Once the current season is
complete, individuals on the waiting list will be allowed to join and
the club will begin adding the appropriate amount and types of property
to accommodate them for the 2011/2012 season.
Our proven system of
balancing land & club members has prevented our properties from being
100% booked on any given day for over 20 years. |

Taking a New Guest - All guests (dependent & non-dependent) are
required to have a Hold-Harmless Agreement on file.
