Club Membership Plans
 There are
four types of club membership plans available, along with multiple payment options. One will surely fit the range of activity you and your family prefer! Each plan includes a one-time, transferable, inheritable,
lifetime club membership fee and dues. All plans provide for unlimited use of club lands by the
club member, along with extensive guest
and family privileges.
Why spend $1,000/weekend at a lodge or $60K to buy into a single property club
when you can enjoy hundreds of properties for a fraction of the cost?
Bottom line...you'll find our prices, coupled with prime quality land, to be the best value in the South!
- Regular - $995 one-time lifetime club membership fee plus
dues. This option will suit most people wishing to join the
club.
- Group - $795 one-time lifetime club
membership fee each plus dues. Permits three or more people/families to
join our club together to reduce their initial investment. Each person is
invoiced individually.
- Corporate - Starting at $1495 plus dues.
Permits multiple approved personnel (up to 4 per slot
on a floating basis) to use the authorized number of membership slots, thus
enabling the company to save a substantial amount of money, by not requiring one
membership per eligible person.
- Associate - $995
one-time lifetime club membership fee plus $95 per day of property use.
Ideal for non-residents expecting to make small use of club land. This
membership requires a minimum of 1 day to be paid every year to keep the
membership alive. The 1 day annual minimum is due when membership purchased, and
again each year thereafter on the annual anniversary date. Not available
in all areas. All guests subject to same daily use fee.
Dues - Monthly, Quarterly &
Annual Options are available.
Waterfowl Surcharge - Waterfowl hunting members are
assessed a fuel/blind surcharge of $100-$250 each January ($100 for 2006, 2007
& 2009, $175 for 2008) based upon how much the
club spends on pumping water & providing duck blinds the previous year.
Floating Guest Membership -
This membership is $495 per year and can only be purchased by regular
club members (limit
2). Each floating guest membership may be used to take unlimited guests, but
only one person each day, every day. No daily guest fees are charged in
Arkansas, but a modest daily
fee (typically $50) applies when using an affiliate club's property in another
state.

an open sign-up period for new club members.
Based on the preferences (type of game, area, etc) of new & existing
club members, we will be adding the appropriate amount and types of
property to accommodate all club members for the upcoming
season. After we complete our leasing period for this year, all
new applicants will be placed on a waiting list until additional
property has been acquired or February 2011, whichever comes first. Call or

Guest Policies
We encourage guests and reward members for signing up new members!
All active members are permitted to take an unlimited number of their dependents (spouses and dependent children) an unlimited numbers of days, provided that dependents are always accompanied by a club member.
Unrelated guests are allowed to visit club land 3 days for hunting and 3 days for fishing in any 12 month period. Guests residing outside Arkansas are entitled to 5 consecutive days in 12 months. A maximum of 2 non-dependent guests may be included in any reservation except reservations for deer and turkey gun hunting when only one guest per reservation is permitted.
As a club member, you are entitled to use all club land, without restriction, subject only to availability. Non-dependent guests, however, will be required to pay a daily fee ($20
fishing/camping; $35 small game hunting; and $50 turkey, deer gun, and waterfowl
hunting), unless they are utilizing a floating guest membership. When
using an affiliate club's land, all hunters in the group are assessed a daily
fee (typically $50) by the affiliate club.Dependent guests may be required to pay daily fees on approximately one-fifth of the club's land, which may be leased on a daily fee basis.
Club members' dues pay for their personal use of these lands; dependent and
non-dependent guests, however, are responsible for any daily fee charged by a
landowner, unless they are utilizing a floating guest membership, which club
members are notified of upon making their reservation.
Taking a New Guest - All guests (dependent & non-dependent) are required
to have a Hold-Harmless Agreement on file.

All club members are required to provide us with a credit card number which can be charged for installments and daily fees. We don’t bill members for daily fees or monthly/quarterly payments.
